Note: The Sudisfaction Guarantee applies to Dr. Squatch-branded products purchased through our website. But excluded from this guarantee are all Limited Edition items, gift cards, and any products that do not carry the Dr. Squatch brand.
What are Dr. Squatch’s different shipping policies?

1. Domestic Shipping (US)
Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping.
With priority shipping, your order will arrive within a 3-5 business day delivery window. With expedited shipping, your order will arrive within a 2-4 business day window.
Once the order is placed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (CAN)
Once your order ships from our fulfillment center in Canada, it will arrive in 4-8 business days with standard ground shipping.
3. Domestic Shipping (UK)
Once your order ships from our fulfillment center in the United Kingdom, it will arrive in 3-5 business days with standard ground shipping.
4. Continental Europe Shipping (EU – Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc.)
Once your order ships from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands, it will arrive in 3-5 business days with standard ground shipping.
5. Domestic Shipping (Australia, New Zealand)
Once your order ships from our fulfillment center in Australia, it will arrive in 4-7 business days with standard ground shipping.
6. International Shipping (Non US and Not Listed Above)
For all international deliveries, please allow for 4-8 business days (including a 3-5 business day processing period) for your order to arrive.
International shipping for all Squatch products is carried out by one of two methods.
These shipping methods are DDP (Delivered duty paid) or DDU (Delivered duty unpaid).
For those who are not aware, here is the breakdown of what these two methods detail:
1. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): This is where the Doc agrees to cover safely transporting your Squatch products until they reach an agreed-upon destination. Import related taxes and duties will be collected and paid for by Dr. Squatch and Landmark. Once that destination is reached, the responsibility shifts to your local courier for final mile delivery!
2. Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): This is where the Doc agrees to cover transporting your Squatch products safely to your destination, however taxes and duties may be required by the customer to pay upon delivery for a package entering that particular country. Once again, these taxes and duties are not the responsibility of Dr. Squatch!
Shipping rates for all international Squatch orders are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of your order(s)!
While most countries will ship via DDP, a handful will be shipped via DDU including Switzerland, Israel, the UAE, and Japan. Additional shipments may ship DDP but will be limited!
Lastly, Dr. Squatch products are not intended for resale outside of the United States. We reserve the right to cancel any order which violates these terms.
What is your purchaser agreement?

Sales of products from the Dr. Squatch website are exclusively for purchase and use by end users. By “end user” we mean an individual person or entity that has acquired the product for its own personal or internal use, or as a gift – and not for resale, remarketing, or distribution. By placing an order from the Dr. Squatch website, you agree that your purchases are only for enjoyment by end users.
In accordance with the above, purchasers are not permitted to obtain a quantity of Dr. Squatch products that is greater than that generally purchased by an end user. Dr. Squatch expressly reserves the right to refuse sales to any purchaser attempting to circumvent this policy. Any violation will void Dr. Squatch’s satisfaction guarantee and warranty with respect to those products and may result in the termination of your Dr. Squatch account and ability to make future purchases from the Dr. Squatch website.
What is your gift card policy?

Dr. Squatch e-gift cards are ineligible for purchase using existing balances on gift cards or store credit. Additionally, e-gift cards are excluded from all promotions, unless specified or marked down on the product page. Use of any of the above methods to further discount a gift card will result in its balance becoming void, and any balance spent for the gift card will be refunded to your original payment method(s).
